The word Ministry is a creative ministry where the word of God is expressed through poetry, dance mime, exhortations, drama and so on. It seeks to encourage people to seize God’s Word’s in the Bible, have faith in it and get motivated to pursue their God-given purpose in life.

 

A poetic prayer

 

Made to praise you……

Dear Lord,
From the moment you decided to create me
Your love paved the way for my birth
In the heavens, I was designed by you to be of much value and worth

 

You set my purpose, the why and the how I would be
Even before you began to kit my form together…you knew me

 

Everything about me was settled, the colour of my skin, eyes, and hair
You detailed my made up and size of clothing i'd wear
And as a beautiful tapestry begins with one thread
You alone knows the next step that lies ahead

You know my finish from the start
Yet you give me the chance to take part
In my greatest adventure... the story of me…
An opportunity to grow and know
That I was made to praise you
That I was made filled with your love
That I was born to worship
The Holy, Almighty, Miraculous God above

 

Lord, help me to embrace
That my security, all I am and will ever be is deep in your core…
Teach me to be lost in the wonder, praise and worship of you so much more.
